Boston SAMPE - Annual Vendor Night April 22, 2010 Please follow the link below and register to attend or exhibit at Boston SAMPE 2010 Vendor Night on April 22, 2010. The Annual Vendor Night highlights our season of professional events for 2009/2010. The Vendor Night will be held at: UMASS Lowell Inn & Conference Center 50 Warren Street : Lowell, MA 01852 - (the former Doubletree Riverfront Hotel) . Fresh food and refreshments for attendees and exhibitors will be available. Admission will be free for individuals. We always get good attendance at our Vendor Night. Every month we contact 350 professionals involved in electronic materials, high performance plastics, adhesives, fiberglass, aerospace or composites here in New England by e-mail. We attract a very mixed crowd - from student members to gurus of the materials field. Our New England membership is also very diverse technically - you never know what kind of problem could walk into the exhibit hall. The atmosphere is informal. The chapter will be providing you new business potential with our members, friends, students, and other attendees. Your company will also gain many new leads at all levels from this evening show as well as affirm old friends in the area. We are working more closely with several local organizations, including ASM, NEAIAA and the American Ceramic Society. We have established links on our website with other local organizations. Working with other organizations will increase interest in Vendor Night this year. Exhibitor Pricing:
Standard price is $200/space. Currently active sponsors of the Boston Chapter of SAMPE will pay $150/space. Annual sponsorship renewal is $200 A combination of an exhibit space and 1 yr. sponsorship renewal for existing members is $350
The evening will start around 5 PM and end around 8:30 PM. Each space will have an 8 ft. table, two chairs, 110V power. You may erect a self-supporting backdrop. Setup from 3 pm on.
